The Process

Free Consultation

The pathway to your new home begins with a free consultation. We sit down with you and talk about what you are looking for in your home, giving us a baseline on what we need to do for you.

Select Your Lot

From there, we find you the perfect lot, which can come either from our inventory, or we can find you something on the market if our inventory does not have the right place for you.

Design Stage

Once we have found your lot, we will begin the planning and designing stage, which will be taken care of through our design team, covering everything from the layout of the home itself, to the design elements you would like to incorporate.

Building Estimate

From here we determine the final price for your project, and once you give your approval the construction can begin. 

Building Phase

You will have access to our app which will allow you to monitor the progress on your building, with weekly picture updates to show you your home as it comes together.

There are two walkthroughs; the first of which is the post-electrical walkthrough to give you a feel for the design to see how the house is meeting your expectations, and to allow for any changes that may be required.

The second and final walkthrough takes place on possession, to allow us to properly introduce you to the house.

Receive Possession

We then hand over the keys and your information portfolio and you can transform the house into a home
